Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production support, system monitoring, or SRE roles within J2EE environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting complex issues.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE technologies, and frameworks such as Spring and Weblogic.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages like Python and Shell.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (Azure).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins.
- Understanding of network protocols, load balancing, and security principles.
- Experience with database SQL queries.
- Ability to develop Linux shell scripts on demand.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Certifications in Java, cloud technologies, or SRE methodologies.
- Familiarity with APM tools (AppDynamics), log management solutions (ELK/EFK stack), and Digital Experience Monitoring tools (Quantum Metrics).
- Knowledge of creating dashboards in PowerBI, AppDynamics, Quantum Metrics, and ELK/EFK stack.
