Experience: 2-3 yrs of Product Marketing/ Technical Experience in Elevator / Access Control /Electronic Security products

Qualifications: B.E./ MBA or equivalent Degree

Managerial and Coordination Requirements:

Conduct Market research to support strategic initiatives, including competitive
positioning, pricing, etc.
Carry out the go-to market strategy for new product updates and releases.

Assisting in the planning and execution of product launches, including developing

marketing collateral, coordinating with sales teams, and providing training to

customer-facing teams.

Collaborating with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and internal teams, to

gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall

product strategy.

Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful

recommendations, and action plans.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across

diverse, cross-functional teams.

Appointment of suitable partners as per requirement pertaining to locations for

Entrance control product.

Should hold good relationship with System Integrators & Security consultants

throughout India which adds value in selection criteria.

Relationship building with End client in Corporate, Industrial & Datacentre vertical.

Working knowledge in MS office, Jira, Salesforce would be an added advantage.

Requirements

Experience: 2-3 yrs of Product Marketing/ Technical Experience in ELV/ Access Control products

Qualifications: B.E./ MBA or equivalent Degree
