We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join their growing Credit & Business Development team.
You will play a key role in fulfilling their mission by originating and evaluating loan proposals that support the growth of these crucial sectors.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of a prestigious organization dedicated to propelling the Indian tourism industry forward.
Responsibilities:
Credit Analysis:
Conduct thorough credit analysis of loan proposals for businesses in tourism, education, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
Financial Modelling
:
Develop and utilize financial models to assess creditworthiness, loan pricing, and risk profiles, ensuring responsible lending practices.
Underwriting:
Participate in the loan underwriting process, ensuring adherence to company policies, credit risk guidelines.
Business Development
:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target sectors, contributing to the mission of propelling growth.
Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering a collaborative environment that supports the success of all stakeholders.
Negotiation:
Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients, securing mutually beneficial agreements.
Portfolio Management
:
Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure the health of company's lending activities.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all lending activities comply with relevant regulations and NBFC guidelines.
Reporting
:
Prepare comprehensive reports on credit analysis, portfolio performance, and business development activities, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA (Finance) from a leading B-school (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience working in a credit department of an NBFC or Bank, with a focus on corporate lending.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (proficiency in MS Excel or equivalent software).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong understanding of credit risk management principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of the Indian NBFC sector and relevant regulations.
