What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building rapport and generating qualified leads from channel partners to make primary offers to sellers
  • Front-ending responsibility, effectively communicating offers and assessing lead status
  • Visiting individual homes from a business perspective, capturing feedback from a qualitative buyer perspective
  • Coordinating internally with the Pricing team to finalize price offers for homes
  • Closing deals and guiding sellers through the final sign-off process, documenting agreed terms and conditions
  • Handing over smoothly to the Customer Experience team for further processes
  • Utilizing project management, mathematical prowess, business acumen, negotiation skills, and conversation abilities
  • Being the representative of the brand, embodying our values in all interactions
  • Comfortable with targets, meeting or exceeding them consistently in a rapidly growing startup environment
  • Clear communication, expectation setting, and collaboration with stakeholders and multiple teams
  • Developing Channel Partner vertical policies and expansion strategies, overseeing partner events and engagement activities

What You Should Bring to the Table:

1. 4-6 years of experience managing Real Estate Channel Partners, or Channel Partners in any industry, or as a channel partner

  • Enthusiasm for working with CRM systems to drive value
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) and an understanding of project timelines
  • Comfort with targets, execution planning, and willingness to travel within Bangalore regularly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good presentation skills, and exceptional customer service abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada, with additional languages as a plus
  • Ability to create business plans, collaborate with internal teams for flawless execution, and strong organizational and multitasking skills
