  • Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver sprint goals on time and with zero defects.

  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using technologies such as .NET Core, Application Security, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Web Services, relational databases, SQL.
Hands on experience with front-end development platforms like Flutter would be a big plus.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies to maintain code quality, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the engineering roadmap, incorporating new technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Handson experience with eventdriven architecture, pubsub systems, and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.
Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

- Strong technical skills with expertise in .NET Core, Application Security, ASP.NET, Flutter, JavaScript, Web Services, relational databases, SQL, and front-end development platforms like Flutter.

  • Handson experience with eventdriven architecture, pubsub systems, and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.
  • Proven track record of delivering highquality software products on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering excellence in every aspect of software development.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
