Responsible for providing end-to-end financial support to the business team by developing financial strategy, budget and reporting, collection, review, and governance of all financial activities and overseeing all audits and compliance activitiesMain Task & Responsibilities:Managing the Financial consolidation, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting, financial plans, all statutory reporting for the organization.

Overall supervision of the company's day to day functioning of the Accounts and Finance functions including MIS, Audit, etc, in compliance with the Indian Accounting StandardsDesigning business plans and strategies for maximizing profitability, analyzing current performance, preparing business model, conducting variance analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

Providing sound financial support and insights to enable to make critical business decisions, Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board.

Dealing with Banks and Financial Institution for day to day matters besides providing all necessary support with the preparation of documents pertaining to all short-term and long-term credit facilities.

Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.

Interface with the internal and external auditors as a focal point for efficient management of the Statutory, Tax & Internal Audits as a part of Corporate GovernanceManaging and overseeing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements.

Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.
Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc.
Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Risk Management

Eligibility Criteria:


Candidate fulfilling following criteria would be given preference:CA with 12 plus years of relevant experienceof Manufacturing and Big4 will be preferred.
