As an Employer/ee Branding and Social Media Content Specialist, you will be the voice and visual storyteller for our company's LinkedIn page and other social media platforms. Your role will be pivotal in crafting and curating inspiring content that highlights our company's achievements, employee stories, and culture. You will play a key role in our employer branding strategy, helping us attract and retain top talent by building a strong and appealing brand image.
Content Creation: Develop and post engaging, high-quality content for our LinkedIn page and other social media platforms, focusing on all aspects of the company, from achievements and projects to employee stories and company culture. Storytelling: Write compelling and inspiring content that resonates with our audience and showcases the human side of our company. Brand Building: Design and implement communication strategies for employee and employer branding, enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice. Collaboration: Work closely with HR, marketing, and other departments to gather content ideas, stories, and updates. Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering a vibrant and interactive social media community. Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies accordingly. Innovation: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep our content fresh, innovative, and relevant. Qualifications:
