Storytelling: Write compelling and inspiring content that resonates with our audience and showcases the human side of our company. Brand Building: Design and implement communication strategies for employee and employer branding, enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice. Collaboration: Work closely with HR, marketing, and other departments to gather content ideas, stories, and updates. Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering a vibrant and interactive social media community. Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies accordingly. Innovation: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep our content fresh, innovative, and relevant. Design: Assist in creating visually appealing designs, including basic layouts, social media graphics, and simple illustrations

Profile

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, with a strong portfolio of content creation. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging and inspiring content. Strong understanding of employer and employee branding principles and strategies. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role. Proven ability to work on design and communication
