We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant (SCON)/ WebMethods Integration Specialist to play a vital role in driving our mission of delivering innovative solutions that optimize key business processes for our clients while reducing costs and inefficiencies. As a Senior WebMethods Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering consulting project activities, ranging from client identification through medium- to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. You will be viewed as a senior resource by our customers and will contribute extensively to the delivery of agreed solutions.
Reporting to the Integration Manager, you will fit into our broader organization as a key player in our consulting team. Noteworthy about our team is our commitment to excellence and continuous learning. You will have the opportunity to mentor and assist others, fostering growth and collaboration within the team.
Key stakeholders for this role include immediate clients, supervisors, and peers. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial in engaging with stakeholders and presenting proposals effectively. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, contributing to client projects and identifying additional opportunities within customer organizations.

**Essential Functions:**
- Provide technical expertise to assist customers and partners in implementing innovative solutions that optimize business processes.
- Lead application development exercises and provide direction to other consultants.
- Assist in client proposals and participate in the identification and development of sales opportunities.
- Gain working knowledge of SAG/WebMethods tools and techniques, training and mentoring others as needed.
- Participate in project management activities and contribute to sales and proposal presentations.
- Identify additional product/services opportunities within customer organizations.

**Minimum Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree/B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
-Minimum 8-12 years of directly related work experience in webMethods
- Experience in areas such as Java/C++, XML, RDBMS, Unix/NT, E-commerce, CRM, ERP, or EAI.

**Nice to Haves:**
- Additional experience in Tibco, SeeBeyond, or Vitria.
- Industry Fortune 500 experience.
