Job Description :
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in the US Healthcare Domain, hands-on in creating reports using SQL.
  • strong understanding of the healthcare domain (payor, provider, clinical data w.r.t patient care)
  • know about working in EMR/EHR (Epic Clarity EMR preferred)
  • Understanding of DBMS and ETL
  • Understanding of writing and tuning complex queries, creating and setting up new tables along with
  • mapping for external data sources with ERD.
  • Excellent communication/ understanding of the clinical domain as this role faces the client directly.
MUST HAVE skills :
  • Epic
  • Clarity
  • SQL with DATA ANALYSIS
  • US HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IN Electronic Medical Records (EPIC Clarity EMR preferably/ Cerner)
  • EDA in reporting completeness of data and identifying anomalies in data.
  • Data normalization, data cleaning
  • Hands-on in writing medium-level queries, should be able to create dynamic queries and also
  • understand the importance of query tuning.
  • Excellent communication as the role involves direct interaction with Clients (Senior Doctors, Directors of
  • various Hospital departments)
  • MS Excel to prepare reports on numbers, percentages, and PIVOT tables for various manual data
  • analyses.
  • Understanding ETL flow and load processes.
Education: BE/B. Tech/BSc from a reputed institute.
