Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, economics, public health, etc.).
  • Strong interest in research methodology, data analysis, and academic inquiry.
  • Excellent quantitative and/or qualitative research skills, including familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, NVivo).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior research experience or coursework is preferred but not required.
