Brief Job Description:

 Development of key FAS modules

 Review all requirements, and prepare/contribute to Design decisions & testing strategy.

 Understanding the scope, impact and own delivery of the system in partnership with other development leads.

 Communicate/Co-ordinate with the project manager/ accounting regarding configuration, releases and defects.

 Drive project deliveries in Agile feature team (s)

 Arrange and participate in Team KT sessions.

 Work on automation/DevOps activities for the application.

 Be willing and able to adapt to changes in priorities and requirements.

Work Experience and Skills required:

 Full stack developer with 5+ years of experience in building rapid server side API's using .NET Core, Java, Node etc.

 Experience of Microsoft .Net technologies (.Net Core / C#) / MS SQL Server experience

 Exposure to web development is added advantage especially using React UI framework

 Experience in SQL Server, build automation using Ansible, TFS etc.

 Structured, methodical approach and should have working knowledge of Linux environment.

 Exposure to Python is desired not mandatory

 Exposure to NoSQL Databases, Big Data Technology stack and caching solutions like Redis, memcache etc.

 Works well under pressure – be prepared to 'focus and commit' when required

Soft Skills:

 Client engagement

 Self-motivated

 Ability to lead a team and mentoring

 Project Planning

 Data modeling a plus

 Excellent communication skills

 Must be highly organized

Educational Qualification:

 B.E or B.Tech
