Explore new technology aligned with customer/business need, enhance fundamental knowledge of existing products, document intellectual property, and develop scale-up strategy to take product from lab to plant scale.


Responsibilities Include:

  • EH&S: Learn & adhere to safe work practices in lab; Exhibit & promote proactive safe behaviors in lab activities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand market / customer need and tailor the development work.
  • Work inclusively in close collaboration with BU's/global stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Work collaboratively in a team setting & work with project leaders to execute project plans for timely positive progress
  • Technical problemsolving aptitude is required.
  • Required to effectively communicate the results within CRD and with global partners.

Qualifications:
The following are _required _for the role

Ph. D. With 1-3 years of experience in organic /polymer chemistry or equivalent with 1-2 years of postdoc experience from reputed Universities/Institutes
