We are looking for talents with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service voice process. Candidates should have graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding.
Brief About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual with a strong background in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and some technical experience, ideally within the telecom industry. This role requires a professional who can effectively acknowledge customer issues, demonstrate empathy, and use positive language, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
2)Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
3)Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues
4)Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
5)Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer's time
6)Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
