Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM application testing projects.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, functionalities, and business processes.
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, business analysis methodologies, and testing procedures.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in Business Analysis (., CBAP, PMI-PBA) and/or CRM platforms (., Salesforce) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Familiarity with latest version of Oracle CX CRM concepts and processes.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
