Job Description:


The Purchase Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement process of raw materials, equipment, and supplies required for furniture manufacturing.

This role ensures that all purchasing activities are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with company policies.

Role & Responsibility

  • Experience in managing all procurement for the company.
  • Candidate need to do vendor management and collect competing quotes for material , machines and other systems the company needs to buy.
  • Must work with complete honesty and transparency.
  • Should have knowledge of Inventory, Purchase order, Stock management.
  • Should be able to do Monitoring and Control of Inventory.
  • Good Communication & Negotiation Skills required.
  • Should be able to prepare MIS.
Job Requirements

  • Background in a furniture company is preferred.
  • Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager (at least 4 years).
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
  • Interest in market dynamics along with business sense.
  • A knack for negotiation and networking.
  • Solid judgement along with decision making skills
