  • Achieve / exceed Sales Targets through outbound Telesales.
  • Handling in bound/out bound telephone calls, coldcalling prospects, correspondence, arranging meetings & the like.
  • Day to day operational duties including client need analysis, exposure analysis, negotiations with client/underwriters, claims handling and/or any other service issue related to the Operations.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Maintaining stellar working relationships with key industry persons and liaisons with local insurers and PR machinery.
  • Ensure that all the activities conducted are strictly adhering to the Quality policies & procedures of the organisation.
  • Any other duties in conjunction with the job profile or as may be delegated from time to time by the Management.
