How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account.

Also, they do preventive work to avoid future overdue with accounts that have a high exposure.- Mid Backoffice position based out of Gurgaon, will require to work collaboratively with 22 TLS markets for air and non-air processes.

- Reconciliation of payment basis statements received from vendor- Reconciliation of air transactions- Tracking hotel commissions- Clearing out error transactions- Resolving market queries- Flexible to work in shifts

Minimum Qualifications- Working knowledge of Sabre GDS- Central command working knowledge preferred- Accounting and finance procedures- Good communication skills to interact with various markets and partners

Preferred Qualifications- Graduate with - 2 years of working experience, preferably in travel back office- Working excel knowledge
