Strong Governance : Should have expertise to govern all sort of projects such as Staff Augmentation, Development and Support & Maintenance

  • Risk Management: Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, with a focus on proactive risk management strategies
  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum or other Agile frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Responsibilities:

DevOps Practices: Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.

Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

UI/UX Design: Basic knowledge of user interface and user experience design principles.

Delivery-led growth in and reduction on deviation on project margin

Costing and Budgeting : Develop detailed budgets and track cost regularly

How to leverage ChatGPT and AI in project management lifecycle

Certifications such as CSM, Scaled Agile related crtification, PMP, Prince 2 etc.

Airline Domain knowledge would be a plus
