SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Based in Andheri, Mumbai

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform root cause analysis and engage in ongoing performance management.
  • Perform resource optimization, review incidents, and provide solutions to optimize service requests.
  • Develop, recommend solutions and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in fronting information and audits
  • Support cloud infrastructure setup and implementation
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute towards department goals.
  • Plan and participate in system performance enhancements, upgrades, and regular system maintenance reviews with the IT department.
  • Communicate effectively with the IT stakeholders

Requirements:

YOUR PROFILE:

***- You have a Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT-related discipline.

  • Prior experience in an IT Systems Administrator role will be advantageous.
  • Experience in managing Linux instance, Cloud experience in AWS or Azure, Meraki/Cisco is desired.
  • Experience with IT asset management and automation tools such as Desktop Central is desired.
  • Strong skills in vendor management, project management teamwork, analysis and problemsolving.
  • You have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
