About the Role

Software Engineer - Generative AI

you'll do
  • Working in the Core AI team for developing Generative AI models, frameworks and libraries enabling the team to build Generative AI applications.
  • Continuously evaluate and Improve the performance, accuracy, reliability, and scalability of Gen AI models.
  • Stay up-to-date on Advancements in LLMs and Generative AI Space.

What you'll bring
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the field of Generative AI and applications.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, TypeScript, and working with REST APIs and databases.
  • At least 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Good understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and available features.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques, current state of generative models, and engineering techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
