Sales Performance:

Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies. Utilise insights to enhance sales strategies and stay ahead in the industry.

Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, including design consultants and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Oversee the entire sales process from initial consultation to final delivery.

Luxury Experience:
Ensure that every client interaction reflects the premium experience associated with Altairo. Provide personalised service that exceeds client expectations and reinforces brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Proven track record in sales within the luxury furniture or high-end design industry.

Experience with esteemed brands such as Aran Cucine, Giorgio Collection, Cantori, Ghidini 1961, Rosini Divani, Scappini Home, PlustMarelli, and Mindo is highly desirable.


Product Expertise:
Deep understanding of luxury materials and furnishings, including high-quality leather and solid wood. Ability to articulate the unique features and benefits of premium products.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey sophisticated design concepts and product details effectively.

Aesthetic Sensibility:
Strong sense of design and aesthetics with a passion for luxury interiors. Ability to provide clients with insightful recommendations that enhance their spaces.

Educational Background:
