Role Summary & Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled QA Analyst with expertise in SQL Server and database testing to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing diverse source data, testing various data feeds, and conducting UI testing within an Agile environment.
Core/Must have skills:
Perform comprehensive analysis of source data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes and data feeds.
Conduct database testing to validate data integrity, transformations, and mappings.
Execute UI testing to ensure data visualization and user interaction meet requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to identify and resolve issues.
Work as an individual tester along with the development team, ensuring timely and effective testing of deliverables.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Document test results, defects, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies related to ETL testing and QA methodologies.
