As part of a cross-functional team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the business development for medical materials with OEM services applied for interventional and implantable medical devices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESMarket analysis:
Collected and fed back market information according to the company's market strategy, local market characteristics and industry status
Market expansion:
made sales plans, explored potential markets, explored customer needs and provided solutions.
Optimize sales plan based on market research and analysis to achieve sales targetCustomer management:
collated and summarized customer information, made customer return visit plan, and maintained customer relationship。Implement the signing of business contracts, confidentiality agreements, technical standards, framework service agreements, etc , Order delivery, payment schedule and goods export document confirmation; Contact and follow up related issues after sale;Marketing activities: Planned and participated in various marketing activities, such as related medical exhibitions, industry conferences, key product promotion meetings, etc.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor degree or above, major in polymer material is preferred.Fluent English and Hindi is preferred, familiar with local medical device market environment, more than 5 years of business development experience in medical device or polymer material application field;Ability to independently develop customers, negotiation, internal and external communication and multi-party coordination;Proactive, have team spirit and can adapt to business tripPERKSOur company offers excellent benefits including basic, variable pay, LTA, and HRA.
