Experience: 7+ years

Purpose of Role:


The purpose of this role is to execute the creation and amendment of Finance Master Data in SAP for relevant markets within the agreed lead-times to support Global Finance activities.

This includes creation of cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, GL accounts, and amendments, whilst maintaining business compliance. The role will also involve some business reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively create and maintain Master Data based on authorized business requests
  • Review Master Data Quality to ensure data is accurate and complete
  • Work with Data lead & Governance team to ensure best practices for data policies
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop preventive measures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase compliance
  • Train new team members and provide insights on Data related processes in SAP

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Master/Bachelor's degree with minimum 7+ years in Data Management/related discipline in Consumer Goods/FMCG
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and consulting abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and highly energetic/selfmotivated
  • Knowledge of SAP FICO & Power BI is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
