The 3D Experience team works towards creating innovative and high quality visual content through still, videos and AR platforms. Our major role is to make the product look realistic & consistent throughout the consumer journey across all platforms.Who we are looking for
The person needs to have strong traditional/new media & software skills.
They should be clear with the concepts of visual language - perspective, point of view, proportion, color, composition, framing, etc.
Capable of imagining and creating storyboards /mood boards as per the possible skill set available in the team so that the execution can be seamless.
They need to be a team player as every project has different stages and everyone needs to be well aligned.
You will be responsible for
- Researching visual style, genre, and technologies to produce each individual project
- Compositing: Combining 3D elements, liveaction footage, and other visual effects to create a seamless and believable scene.
- Color grading: Adjusting the color, brightness, contrast, and saturation of the final output to enhance the overall look and feel.
- Editing: Cutting and assembling the final output into a cohesive and engaging story, ensuring that the pacing and flow of the visuals are effective.
- Sound design: Creating and integrating sound effects and music to enhance the overall impact of the final output.
- Quality control: Checking the final output for technical errors and issues, and making any necessary adjustments to ensure that the final product meets the desired standards.
- Developing tools and plugins to optimize animation
- Managing files, animation libraries, and updating procedures documentation
- Collaboration: Working closely with other artists and team members, to ensure that the final product meets the desired vision and specifications.
- Keeping uptodate: Staying uptodate with the latest software tools and techniques, as well as industry trends and developments.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in the design industry in the digital space.
- Ability to composit the individual animations into a well connected sequence received from the rendering team.
- Adept at transitions to minimize render load or fill up gaps missed in the animation output
- Great taste with audio selection, grade preference
- Collaboration skills to coordinate with the animation team in finalizing the shots and how it has to be executed
- Strong technical knowledge and well versed with 3D softwares to understand the desired file formats
- Good instinct for timing, movement, and editing cuts
