The core scope of the role is scaling existing competencies and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to add capabilities, drive synergies and consistency that enable the larger organisational goalCreate a long term (multi year) plan to develop the roadmap of growth and capability buildingTeam leadership, skill development, resource management for team sizes > 70 peopleSetup Key Product Development & Testing Capabilities with focus on most used tests for long-term strategy of capabilities for NPD and SEFormulate and implement strategic plans to help drive the overarching strategic plan and future direction of the organizationProvide direction to the team in complex or difficult situations, remove obstacles, assign appropriate resources and interface with other functions to assist with issue resolution.
