  • Perform analysis on various reports to identify the potential gaps or frauds
  • Reporting the incidents, frauds, and gaps to stakeholders
  • Conducting the incident investigations
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to track the closure
  • Handling and supporting the Client compliance and information security audits
  • Should have regular interactions with Clients

Experience

  • Min of 2 years of call center experience and Banking industry will be an added advantage.
  • Should have experience as Quality Compliance Analyst/Fraud Prevention Analyst/Security data analyst or information security domain with Call center experience.
  • Should be good in MS office (Excel, Word and PPT) for preparing the reports and presentations.

Education:

  • Must be graduate with Regular degree and no diploma)

Languages - HINDI & ENGLISH. TAMIL is optional.

Job Types:
