 Ensure Project/Service Delivery meets the timeline.

 Provide IEX related training to process WFM/Operation team.

 Work is guided by operational and project objectives. Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and manages performance.

 Establishes and monitors performance post Implementation.

 Applies in-depth technical knowledge of systems, applications, and account operations in support.

 Works on continuous improvement efforts for increased efficiency and effectiveness of processes

 Candidate should have knowledge with Cap Plan and Forecasting

 Should have Team Management Skills (at least for 2 years)
