Lead Data Scientist


As the Lead Data Scientist, you will be working hands on day to day, driving the development and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.

You will play a critical role in shaping the data strategy, guiding the team in extracting meaningful insights from large datasets, and ensuring the successful deployment of data-driven solutions to meet business objectives.

  • Work closely with IT and business leaders to integrate data science solutions into existing business processes.-

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.-

What we expect you will bring to the table:

  • Master's or Ph.
D.

in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.- Proven experience 5-6 years leading and managing data science teams. Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics. Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python or R. Demonstrated success in implementing data science solutions that drive business impact. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure) is a plus.- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to data.
