Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record of 15+ years in technical sales, showcasing expertise.
- Indispensable understanding of Pharma Manufacturing Process.
- Ideally, experience in successfully selling IT Systems / MES.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, Master's preferred.
- Familiarity with GMP / Pharma environment is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all sales and marketing operations.
- Achieve annual sales targets through effective strategies.
- Translate sales plans into actions to sustain market share and profitability.
- Collaborate with execution and operations teams for seamless project delivery.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and regulatory dynamics to craft effective strategies.
- Drive market share and profitability through brand management and expansion.

- Align customer requirements with MES solutions effectively.
- Travel as needed for client engagements (approximately 80% of work time).
- Proficiency in navigating the reporting framework.

- Foster enduring relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a dynamic market intelligence system.
- Provide training and development for sales personnel.
