  • Understand clients' needs and offer suitable product or service solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate the company's competitive position.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Proficient in all aspects of sales, including prospecting, networking, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
