Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for:
To lead the team for implementation of various operational excellence initiatives like Lean Manufacturing. Lead the functions like production, purchase, supply chain, quality and R&D Manage the complete value chain from raw material till the dispatch of the finished products Meet the profitability targets for the manufacturing plant Lead the audits for the manufacturing facility by liasioning with external stakeholders Ensure quality standards are metThe Successful Applicant
Should have exposure to latest spring technology machines At least 12yrs+ experience working in a manufacturing set up Should come from coil spring manufacturing industry Good stakeholder manufacturing skills
