Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Quality Assurance and deep hands-on experience in planning, execution, and reporting of manual and automated tests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure .NET based applications.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Design, develop, and execute test strategies, and test plans.
- Design and implement test cases, test scripts and executing testing in an Agile/Scrum development environment to ensure the quality of software releases.
- Conducting functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects, ensuring timely bug resolution.
- Performing root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of defects and quality issues.
- Participating in product design and development to ensure that products are designed with quality in mind.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment. Remain flexible on changing workloads.
- Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver solutions.
- Manual Testing:
- Experience with Web, Dynamics 365 CRM Applications UI testing activities.
- Experience with API Integrations testing using Postman.
- Experience and proficiency with SQL data testing including Data Migration to CRM.
- Automation Testing:
- Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing and deployment.
- Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using Selenium with C#, Easy Repro.
- Develop and maintain automated API test scripts using tools Postman
Qualifications:
- BE/BTech/MCA degree in computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automation
- Minimum 3 years of experience testing Dynamics 365 CRM Sales, Service applications
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, best practices, tools, and processes.
- Experience in manual testing of Web applications, APIs using Postman, and Database.
- Experience in Automation testing using Selenium with C#, Easy Repro tool
- Proficient in an object-oriented language, preferably C#, NUnit/xUnit/MS Test
- Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) tool Boards, Test Plans, Bug tracking
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Quality Assurance, Dynamics CRM (ISTQB, MB-910, MB-210, MB-800)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
