We are currently seeking to hire a Technical Project Manager in Delhi to further strengthen our team. If you are self-driven, client-focused, and results-oriented, we would love to welcome you to our team.
Day to day responsibilities
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Ensuring availability and optimized allocation of the resources.
Developing a detailed project plan to track progress.
Useing appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Work closely with stakeholders/clients, for understanding the system's functional and non-functional requirements in defining the Product Vision.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management and implement appropriate responses to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to understand and strategize the technical solution.
Technical requirements
Experience in handling and managing project management tools like JIRA and Microsoft Projects.
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum.
Proficiency and hands on experience in Microsoft Office.
Skills and experience
Good organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track start to the finish.
At least 5 years of work experience in Project Management.
Strong and clear communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with team members, external and management
