In the pipeline are Mag-Lev Chillers, Heat Pumps, and Scroll Chillers, to add to the existing range of Air-Cooled Chillers and HPACs. Position Summary:

The position is responsible for leading and managing the sales team dedicated to promoting and selling chillers within the organization's product portfolio. The role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, fostering strong relationships with key clients, and staying abreast of market trends. The Senior Manager/DGM is expected to bring a wealth of experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in the field of chillers, and demonstrate leadership in driving sales growth.

The areas of Focus and Territory Report to this position– Mumbai and the rest of Maharashtra – Gujarat and Goa

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Driving the sales strategy to achieve the yearly sales target in line with the profitability decided with consistent order booking.

2. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

3. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with overall business objectives

4. Forecasting the Orders with 75% Accuracy for Inventory Management to the Sales Head.

5. Client Relationship Management: Building strong customer relationships and trust and promoting CV Products by meeting with HVAC Consultants and Architect.

6. SPEC IN of Company made Chiller/Data Centre Offerings with suitable PFB in Tender

7. Analyse customer needs and provide suitable alternate solutions using Company products/Services

8. Attending the techno-commercial meeting with the customers on the submitted proposal.

9. Arranging the customer visits to our existing sites and factory to build their confidence levels

10. Informing the status of the Projects to reduce delay in dispatching the finished Products.

11. Coordination with the Project & and service team on the site related activities

12. Prepare & and get approval on the technical Submittal from the customer and consultant

13. Market Penetration: Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand our presence and capture new business

14. Stay informed about industry trends, Marketing activities competitor activities, and customer needs. and then accordingly positioning our product and solution with the necessary competitive edge.

15. Market Research: Gather and analyze market information, competitive strategies, innovation, and other business conditions, that would impact the Company's business

16. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management

17. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. Timely submission

18. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the chiller sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets.

19. Conduct regular performance reviews, offer training, and foster a collaborative team environment.

20. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment.

21. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Uphold the organization's values and promote a culture of integrity within the sales team

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven track record of successful sales management in the HVAC industry, with a focus on chillers.10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation Interpersonal and Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must have B2B chiller sales experience.
  • Presentable and well-groomed Customer orientation.
  • Should have handled channel (dealers)
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to drive innovative sales initiatives
