  • HR Process Management:

    • Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Regularly review and update HR policies to align with current laws and best practices.
  • Data Management:
    • Manage HRIS to keep accurate employee records.
    • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics for decision-making.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
    • Collaborate with management to resolve conflicts and enhance communication.

    • Coordinate benefit deductions and stay updated on benefit plan changes.
    • Assist in open enrollment processes.
  • Tax Reporting:
    • Prepare and submit accurate payroll tax reports on time.
    • Collaborate with finance teams for payroll tax reconciliation.
  • Discrepancy Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
    • Address employee pay-related inquiries professionally.
  • System Management:
    • Oversee payroll software system updates and alignment with organizational needs.
    • Coordinate with IT for technical issue resolution.
  • Audits and Reviews:
    • Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to ensure accuracy.
    • Collaborate with auditors for quality HR services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
