Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer care needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and field visits
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations
- Create regular sales and financial reports
- Negotiate deals and address complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members for improved results
- Collect feedback from customers/prospects and communicate internally
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop business from new and existing customer accounts
- Handle complex negotiations with senior executives
- Build long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of quota-carrying sales experience preferred
- Freshers welcome to apply
- Odia and Hindi language proficiency is required
- Good understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of a graduate degree, technical qualifications are advantageous
