We are looking for a meticulous and efficient individual to join our warehouse team in the capacity of Data Entry and Packer.

The primary focus of this role is to accurately input and oversee inventory data within our system, in addition to supporting packing and shipping duties.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain inventory data in the System. Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and current.
  • Packing and Shipping: Prepare Manifest kits for upcoming Tournaments in collaboration with project managers. Monitor securely packed items to prevent transit damage. Label packages precisely with relevant information.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor. Maintain a discard report organized by tournament.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality and quantity checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure adherence to company standards. Notify appropriate personnel of any quality/quantity concerns.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols for a secure work environment. Follow company policies on inventory handling, storage, and shipping procedures.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Any Graduate.
  • 1 year of experience required.
  • Proficient in Data entry Inventory Management.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, data entry, or similar roles preferred.
  • Skilled in computer applications like Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexible to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves lifting and moving objects weighing between 15 to 20 Kgs, along with prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.

Reporting To: Stores Executive
