Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and organizing of inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels and replenishment orders.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to pick, pack, and ship orders promptly.
  • Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise during fulfilment.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Arrange transportation and shipping logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Track shipments and communicate delivery status to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Evaluate shipping methods and carriers to optimize costs and delivery times.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Address any quality issues or product discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Customer Service Support:

  • Assist the customer service team in resolving orderrelated inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for sports and understanding of sports equipment and gear is a plus.
