How your day will look like:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Set clear department goals and provide effective leadership to motivate and guide team members towards success.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against set targets and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Create, implement, and optimize end-to-end lead generation processes and workflows to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant stakeholders to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and technologies, utilizing them to drive innovation and exceed targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Oversee lead data management and ensure accurate and reliable reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and collaboration within the lead generation department.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, tactics, and tools across a variety of channels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving targets.
  • Experience in setting and managing departmental KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other lead generation software.
