Key Requirements

Experience: 5+ Years as a Store Manager

Salary: 10-12 Lakh p.a.

Based out of Delhi NCR

Someone who has preferably worked in luxury fashion or luxury.

Job Responsibilities:

● Reporting to Retail Head, Store Manager will be responsible for:

Sales

· To meet sales goals

· To deliver set retail KPI's such as average bill value, conversion & UPT

· Set individual sales goals for store associates in alignment with store goals

· Continuously motivate staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals

· Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on sales floor.

· Maintaining excellent product presentation and high standards of merchandising at all times.

· Support the development of store associates' sales techniques, customer engagement techniques, product knowledge, styling skills, Up-selling and cross selling skills, etc.

· Conduct daily briefings and debriefings.

Customer Experience

· Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

· Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

· Ensure visual merchandising of the store as per defined brand guidelines

· To engage with customers personally to create brand loyalty and make sure every client's visit is memorable.

· To ensure excellent post sales service

Operations

· Overseeing the daily operations of store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

· To perform and plan daily store checklist as per defined brand guidelines.

· To manage Stocks, operations and compliance audits.

· Preparation of daily sales report as per timelines i.e. daily, weekly, Fortnightly monthly.

· To prepare and ensure adherence of monthly roaster of team to ensure availability of team at all times.

· To coordinate with merchandiser, warehouse manager, Visual merchandiser, Marketing manager and various other function heads to meet store goals and align with organisation goals.

· Collate customer feedback and share with the back-end team in a structured manner

· Strive to achieve minimum attrition in the store team.

· Work with HR team in the hiring process as and when required.

Qualifications:

● Bachelors Degree in any discipline.

● 2+ years of professional full-time working experience.

Technical Skills:

· Basic MS-office

· Acquainted to basic mail correspondence.
