Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Care Specialist:
- Customer service via calls
- Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery meeting defined productivity benchmarks
- Acquire client and domain knowledge to provide resolutions during initial interactions
- Adhere to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort
- Comply with Internal Service Attendance & Accountability guidelines
- Deliver quality issue resolution and client support during calls
- Ensure proper documentation, follow-up, and customer issue resolution
- Identify, communicate, and contribute to operational enhancements
Requirements:
- Freshers and Experienced candidates with 0-29 months of experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to work night shifts with fixed weekends off
- Proficiency in computer usage and basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
