Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Care Specialist:

  • Customer service via calls
  • Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery meeting defined productivity benchmarks
  • Acquire client and domain knowledge to provide resolutions during initial interactions
  • Adhere to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort
  • Comply with Internal Service Attendance & Accountability guidelines
  • Deliver quality issue resolution and client support during calls
  • Ensure proper documentation, follow-up, and customer issue resolution
  • Identify, communicate, and contribute to operational enhancements

Requirements:

  • Freshers and Experienced candidates with 0-29 months of experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work night shifts with fixed weekends off
  • Proficiency in computer usage and basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
