Your role is pivotal in overseeing our suite of booking platform, requiring strategic acumen, exceptional leadership, and a proven track record in Product Management, growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence.


You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of SMILe's booking business, taking charge of profit and loss responsibilities, and driving continuous product enhancement.

Additionally, your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise to innovate and optimize the user experience throughout our booking platform.


Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the booking business to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Product Ownership:

  • Integrate with Other Systems and develop APIs as part of Product Ownership and Strategy, encompassing Product Roadmap, Lifecycle Management, Launches, User Research, AB Testing, Data Analysis, Insights, Stakeholder Management, and Agile Development Methodologies.
  • Lead and manage multiple services within the booking category, overseeing their complete lifecycle from inception to delivery.
  • Champion ongoing improvement and innovation in product features and offerings to enrich the customer experience.

Revenue Generation and P&L Management:

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Take ownership of the P&L for the booking business, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Market Analysis and Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Utilize market insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Team Development:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a highperforming team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skillset of the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, technology, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA considered advantageous.
  • At least 8 years of proven senior leadership experience in Product Management or Business Strategy, preferably within online platforms like booking/travel or logistics.
  • Extensive background in Product Management, including API development, strategic planning, understanding business dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Track record of successfully increasing revenue and effectively managing profit and loss (P&L) for a business unit.
  • Proficient in strategic thinking, decisionmaking, and problemsolving.
