Job Description
- Supports demand management in the ideation phase and early stages of the projects.Provides solutions that are compatible with the existing (technical and functional) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability.Ensures quality and consistency with functional template design for deployments.Monitors the market to gain knowledge and understanding of currently emerging technologies in own area of expertise.Build and maintain strong relationship with HR function, specifically with the HR Technology team, HR GPO and business owners of HR applications.Lead and/or participate in projects covering the applications in HR domain including integration with other applicationsLeads and/or participates in IM projects in different roles project manager, lead solution architect, HR project consultant or QA role.Supports HR business leads and other stakeholders regarding IT related topics
Background:
SAP Consulting or HR business role with strong IT focus.
Professional with around 7-10 years of experience in the IT sector including at least 5 years in the SAP HR applications domain (SuccessFactors)
