  • Understand client requirements and assist the client in tax compliance, performing post and precompliance reviews, representations with statutory authorities, preparation and filing appeals, taxdue diligence, providing written opinions, tax structuring, transaction advisory etc.,
  • Guide the client to improve efficiency and accuracy while enhancing the control environment.
  • Litigation assistance in taxation matters.
  • Key Risks Identification, Prioritization, Monitoring and Remediation.
  • Identify areas to implement technology solutions to optimise the existing processes.
  • Continuous learning and development.

Minimum Expectations for the Role:

  • CA / LLB / LLM
  • CA freshers with strong experience in taxation during their training period
  • Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problemsolving ability and attention to detail
  • Strong tax and tax accounting knowledge
