Contribute to project governance meetings. Line manage Development Leads, manage (matrix relationship) a cross-functional team of business analysts, technical architects/leads and QA team. (Typical team size – 15 to 50). Own and implement lessons learnt. Experience Mandatory Skills Experience in managing development projects with multiple streams/modules. Strong delivery management, risk management and change management skills. Experience in managing cross technology projects. Desired Skills Experience in Agile methodology, TFS. Experience in working with UK stakeholders. Experience in managing technical/non-technical operations. Competency Requirement Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and drive for results. Good planning, organizing & time management skills. Should be a very good team player with good interpersonal skills.
