Responsibilities :

Collaborate and work closely with global it team members to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable aws/azure cloud, intune, and office 365 infrastructure environments for actylis.

  • Office 365 operation, including monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and configuration.
  • Deployment, remedy, and migration of exchange online, azure ad, teams, intune, conditional access, and other o365 and ems capabilitiesassist in building, migrating troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud infrastructure.
  • Performing preventative maintenance and helping manage security within ad and office 365planning and documenting o365 configuration, migrations, testing, and validation strategies.
  • Support our aws/azure customers to resolve critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 support model, leveraging your deep technical and product expertise along with your understanding of our needs.
  • Collaborate with aws/azure engineering teams to not only support but deliver solutions and new capabilities for most missioncritical aws/azure deployments.
  • Act as a technical escalation point within the team.
  • Consistently share best practices with team members and help create a knowledge base article to solve/workaround that issue.
  • Operational excellence: work with leadership and the global it team on process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
Bsc/ba in it, computer science, or a relevant field.

  • 6 years of experience in managing aws/azure, and microsoft exchange/ o3654 years of experience in deploying and managing microsoft intune in mobile device management mdm and mobile application management mam.
  • 3 years of experience with ci/cd tools and concepts (e. g. terraform, powershell, azure pipelines, jenkins, travis ci, hudson, artifactory, etc. ).
  • Ability to facilitate the process of gathering requirements and migrating physical infrastructure to cloud infrastructure.
  • Indepth understanding of implementing aws/azure cloud infrastructure including security, disaster recovery, networking, load balancing, migration, backups, cli, etc.
  • Indepth understanding of implementing, configuring, migrating, and securing office 365 / exchange online, exchange server, & exchange hybrid solutions, and other microsoft 365 suite solutions like teams, one drive for business, etc.
  • Experience in powershell scripting on office365 & aws/azure for custom reports or scheduling report extraction from office365 aws/azure.
  • Experience in migration tools, exchange/o365 native migration tools (hybrid, cutover, express, staged, o365 import service, imap), 3rd party tools like bittitan, etc.
  • Experience with relational and nosql databases and related technologies (e.g. ms sql server, mysql, redis, memcached, mongodb).
  • Experience with networking and security concepts, methods, and technologies in largescale, production azure and hybrid environments.
  • Extensive experience with active directory, azure ad, intune, and group policy.
  • Experience with log collection tools and analysis, as well as infrastructure performance monitoring tools and optimization practices.
  • Identity and authentication: sso/federation, ad/azure ad, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills suitable for directorlevel, global team, and architecture stakeholder meetings.
