Roles And Responsibilities:

***- Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports.

  • Creating customized JIRA service desk workflows with SLA's, Dashboards, Reports and
- requested customizations.

  • Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA
  • Connect addons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations for both software &
- service management tool.

  • Design custom JIRA workflow for different issues types to assist in Automation
  • Develop JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen
- schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA software.

  • Responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA software & service desk tool and associated plugins.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across organization to develop, and deliver custom
- templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk)
