Role-Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing multiple entities from a statutory compliance perspective. Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring compliance with the company policy.
  • Assist the Finance Team to close out month end including balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Preparing accounting and other reports and projections based on the analysis performed.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex operational initiatives, with excellent data analysis and management skills.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to work with vendors and international teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills combined with the ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field .
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • CA/ CPA preferred.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
  • Good presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks preferable .
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
