Job Description:


A minimum of 10 years' experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Human Capital Management Solutions with 5+ years on Oracle HCM Cloud.

Must have minimum of 2-3 implementations across Oracle HCM Cloud suite of modules.

Expert in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM product suite:

Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management modules, HCM AnalyticsMust have Oracle HCM Cloud application knowledge thorough understanding of HCM Cloud functional/technical data flows, transactions, and integrations between multiple Oracle HCM applications.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly understand business HR concepts, converting them into technical solutions, while considering the broader cross-module Oracle HCM impacts.

Reporting capabilities (BIP /OTBI) - Security aspects and how they are controlled.
Thorough understanding of Job/Function/Data securities/Areas of Responsibility.
Solid understanding of PaaS to SaaS integration framework.
Good understanding of Payroll, Costing, Labor Distribution, Sub ledger accounting, General Ledger, PPM integrations.
Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.
Strong management experience, including direct report and consulting teams remotely.
Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
Demonstrate successful working relationships with all levels of IT and Business Partners.
Good project management skills, planning and organization skills desired.
Review and provide coaching and feedback on design, configuration, and documentation.
Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts.
Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends.
Oracle Cloud Certification.
Willing to travel as necessary.
